As part of CSS-FICA, Focus Group (FG) has two functions to serve:
1. Develop its members; individuals who joins FG based on the following criterias:
A strong conviction and commitment in vocation related to this focus group
Willing to commit time and energy to bring added value to FG through research, and constant communication.
Permission from family
Provide three letter of recommendations
Undergo undergraduate study and will pursue graduate study
Become part of FICA ministry
2. Develop FICA's constituents; individuals and communities who have strong relationships with FICA.
